Red Sea Vocational Training Program

The Next Generation of Tourism and Hospitality Talents 

Overview

Red Sea Global (RSG), in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), launches its fifth edition of the Red Sea Vocational Training Program to prepare young Saudis for different careers needed at Red Sea Global’s Progressing destinations.

More than 1,000 students have benefitted from this program, equipping fresh high school graduates who successfully complete the program with a certified diploma degree and a direct employment opportunity at either our destinations or with partners.

Equip young Saudis with the required skills and knowledge that match the requirements of the jobs in the Red Sea Global’s destinations

Promote tourism-related fields of study in line with Red Sea Global’s operational needs

Terms and Conditions

 Admission Criteria of Phase I (English Program)

 

Applicants must:

Saudi national

Be a Saudi national and possess a valid national identity. 

18

Must be 18 years or older. 

Commercial Record

Must not have a commercial record under the Ministry of Commerce. 

TAQAT

Must be registered in the National Labor Portal "TAQAT". 

Availability

Must not be an enrolled full-time student at any university. 

Unemployed

Must not be an employee of the public or private sectors. 

HRDF

Must not have previously obtained a grant from HRDF. 

Educational Programs

Must not have previously benefited from RSG educational programs. 

Medical Certificate

After initial acceptance, the applicant must present a medical certificate confirming that they are physically and psychologically fit to work in the chosen industry.

High School

Must be a high school graduate as a minimum, achieving a minimum GPA of 60% across all cognitive ability tests. 

Required Documents

Submit all required documents during the registration stage. 

Commitment Letter 

Sign a commitment letter to work in any of the Red Sea Global destinations with any of its partners for a minimum of 3 years upon graduation.

Phase II 

Admission Criteria (Vocational Training Program)

Upon successful completion of Phase I (English Program), students will be subject to Phase II assessment prior to enrollment in the Vocational Training Program. Applicants who meet all criteria by the end of the English Program will be eligible to successfully start the Vocational Program. 

Phase III

Admission Criteria (Internship)

Upon successful completion of Phase II (Vocational Training Program), students will be subject to an assessment before enrollment of Phase III (Internship).

The program covers the following Benefits: 

 

  • Tuition fees 
  • Study tool kit (if needed), books, and uniforms 
  • SAR 1,000 monthly stipend during the English Program for 4 months only 
  • SAR 2,000 monthly stipend during the Vocational Training Program for 18 months only 
  • Will benefit from ‘RSG Students Enrichment Program’ and activities 
  • Employment upon successful completion of the program

Your role will be identified based on the track you choose and the operator you work with after graduation. However, all graduates will have entry-level jobs upon graduation.

The program will next start in 2026. Keep an eye on our social media for details. 

Students are required to arrange their own accommodations and transportation to and from the school. However, they will receive the following stipends: 

 

  • Phase 1: All students will receive a stipend of SAR 1,000 per month during the English Program. 
  • Phase 2: All students will receive SAR 2,000 per month during the Vocational Training program.

This program is designed for high school graduates. However, qualified applicants who have higher degrees and wish to join the program are welcome to apply.
