Sixth Cohort
Towards a Promising Tomorrow
Red Sea Global (RSG), in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), is offering the sixth edition of the Red Sea Vocational Training Program as part of its efforts to prepare young Saudis for promising professional tracks that align with the needs of its growing tourism destinations.
Upon successfully completing the program, which runs for two years and four months, students obtain a diploma degree, followed by a job opportunity at Red Sea Global's destinations, one of its subsidiaries, or companies operating in any region of the Kingdom.

Students will gain knowledge and skills in luxury hospitality with a focus on Food & Beverage Operations
Students will gain knowledge and skills in luxury hospitality with a focus on culinary arts operations
Students develop the skills and knowledge required for luxury hospitality, with a focus on hotel operations and rooms division management.

Combines operational security practices (patrolling, surveillance, and incident reporting) with guest service and effective communication with hotel and airport teams.

Admission Criteria for Phase I (English Foundation Program)
Admission Criteria of Phase I (English Program)
Applicants must:
Be a Saudi national and possess a valid national identity.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must not have a commercial record under the Ministry of Commerce.
Must be registered in the National Labor Portal "TAQAT".
Applicants must be fully dedicated to their studies and must not be enrolled as a student at any educational institution inside or outside the Kingdom.
Applicants must not currently be employed in the public or private sector and must not be registered with social insurance (GOSI).
Must not have previously benefited from Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) support.
Must not have previously benefited from RSG educational programs.
Applicants must pass a medical examination after initial acceptance to confirm their health and physical fitness to work in the chosen field.
Applicants must hold a general secondary school (high school) certificate as a minimum and achieve a score of no less than 60% in the General Aptitude Test.
Submit all required documents during the registration stage.
Sign a pledge to commit to working at one of Red Sea Global's destinations or its companies for no less than 3 years after graduation.
Phase II
Upon successful completion of Phase I (the English Foundation Program), students undergo a phased assessment to determine their eligibility to join the Vocational Training Program. Applicants who meet the criteria will be nominated to begin this phase.
Phase III
Upon completing the Vocational Training Program, students undergo a final assessment as a prerequisite for joining the on-the-job training phase.
Accepted students must take English Proficiency standarazied test (STEP, IELTS, or equivalent) and submit the following minimum scores at three key stages of the program:
All of the above scores must be submitted to schools on the mentioned dates above. Only students who achieve the above scores are eligible to complete the program.
Total duration: 2 years and 4 months.
The program will start on August 23, 2026, at the location of the school you are accepted to.

Qualified applicants will be invited to take an English language placement test as part of the admission process.

Top-ranked candidates will be invited for interviews; all interviews will be conducted face-to-face. Further details on dates and locations will be shared once candidates are selected.

The job is determined based on the student's academic performance, the track they chose, and the jobs available at the employing entity. All graduates of the Red Sea Vocational Training Program begin their careers in entry-level jobs after graduation.
The program will start on August 23, 2026. You can apply from July 5, 2026 to July 11, 2026.
All students will receive a stipend of SAR 1,000 per month during the English Program, and SAR 2,000 per month during the Vocational Training program.
Students are required to arrange their own accommodations and transportation to and from the school.
This program is designed for high school graduates. However, qualified applicants who have higher degrees and wish to join the program are welcome to apply.
