Red Sea Vocational Training Program
Overview
Red Sea Global (RSG), in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), is offering the sixth edition of the Red Sea Vocational Training Program as part of its efforts to prepare young Saudis for promising professional tracks that align with the needs of its growing tourism destinations.
Upon successfully completing the program, which runs for two years and four months, students obtain a diploma degree, followed by a job opportunity at Red Sea Global's destinations, one of its subsidiaries, or companies operating in any region of the Kingdom.
Program Objectives
Program Tracks
Luxury Hospitality
- Food and Beverage Service
Students will gain knowledge and skills in luxury hospitality with a focus on Food & Beverage Operations
- Culinary Arts
Students will gain knowledge and skills in luxury hospitality with a focus on culinary arts operations
- Rooms Operations
Students develop the skills and knowledge required for luxury hospitality, with a focus on hotel operations and rooms division management.

Electrical Services
Students will gain essential skills and technical knowledge in electrical systems and operations.

Tourism Security
Combines operational security practices (patrolling, surveillance, and incident reporting) with guest service and effective communication with hotel and airport teams.

Phase II
Admission Criteria (Vocational Training Program)
Upon successful completion of Phase I (the English Foundation Program), students undergo a phased assessment to determine their eligibility to join the Vocational Training Program. Applicants who meet the criteria will be nominated to begin this phase.
Phase III
Admission Criteria (Internship)
Upon completing the Vocational Training Program, students undergo a final assessment as a prerequisite for joining the on-the-job training phase.
Additional Conditions for the Tourism Security Track
- Height must be proportionate to weight, no less than 165 cm for male applicants and 160 cm for female applicants.
- Age: 18 to 25 years
- The physical fitness required for the role of security officer
- Readiness to work different shifts: morning, evening, and night
- Readiness to work on weekends and official holidays
- Readiness and ability to work in any city according to the requirements of the role
- Clean criminal background certificate
Important Notes
Accepted students must take English Proficiency standarazied test (STEP, IELTS, or equivalent) and submit the following minimum scores at three key stages of the program:
- Minimum score of 52 in STEP, 3.0 in IELTS, or equivalent score in other standardized tests must be submitted by December 17th, 2026.
- Minumum score of 56 in STEP, 3.5 in IELTS, or equivalent score in other standardized tests must be submitted by July 29th, 2027.
- Minimum score of 60 in STEP, 4.0 in IELTS, or equivalent score in other standardized tests must be submitted by January 27th, 2028.
All of the above scores must be submitted to schools on the mentioned dates above. Only students who achieve the above scores are eligible to complete the program.

Total duration: 2 years and 4 months.
The program will start on August 23, 2026, at the location of the school you are accepted to.

Apply on RSG Education Platform
- Applicants can apply to one program or more.
- All required documents must be uploaded as instructed, and the application will not be considered if any required information or document is missing or incorrect.
- Please make sure all information is correct before submitting your application.
- Registration opens on July 5, 2026 and closes on July 11, 2026.

Reviewing and Filtration
- All completed applications will be reviewed carefully.
- Applicants will be invited to in-person interviews after meeting all conditions and criteria and submitting all required documents.

Language Placement Test
Qualified applicants will be invited to take an English language placement test as part of the admission process.

Interviews
Top-ranked candidates will be invited for interviews; all interviews will be conducted face-to-face. Further details on dates and locations will be shared once candidates are selected.

The program covers the following:
- Tuition fees
- Study tool kit (if needed), books, and uniforms
- SAR 1,000 monthly stipend during the English Program for 4 months only
- SAR 2,000 monthly stipend during the Vocational Training Program for 18 months only
- Will benefit from the RSG Student Enrichment Program and Activities
The job is determined based on the student's academic performance, the track they chose, and the jobs available at the employing entity. All graduates of the Red Sea Vocational Training Program begin their careers in entry-level jobs after graduation.
The program will start on August 23, 2026. You can apply from July 5, 2026 to July 11, 2026.
All students will receive a stipend of SAR 1,000 per month during the English Program, and SAR 2,000 per month during the Vocational Training program.
Students are required to arrange their own accommodations and transportation to and from the school.
This program is designed for high school graduates. However, qualified applicants who have higher degrees and wish to join the program are welcome to apply.
