Red Sea Vocational Training Program
Overview
Red Sea Global (RSG), in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), launches its fifth edition of the Red Sea Vocational Training Program to prepare young Saudis for different careers needed at Red Sea Global’s Progressing destinations.
More than 1,000 students have benefitted from this program, equipping fresh high school graduates who successfully complete the program with a certified diploma degree and a direct employment opportunity at either our destinations or with partners.

Luxury Hospitality
Batterjee Colleges - Jeddah
- Luxury Hotel Operations
Students will gain knowledge and skills in luxury hospitality with a focus on rooms operations.
- Food and Beverage Service
Students will gain knowledge and skills in luxury hospitality with a focus on food & beverage operations.
Health & Wellness Tourism Operations
Batterjee Colleges - Jeddah
Students will gain knowledge and skills in health and wellness tourism operations.
Technical Services
Higher Institute of Paper and Industrial Technologies - Jeddah
- Electrical Services
This track provides essential skills and technical knowledge in electrical systems and operations.
- Mechanical Services
Hands-on training in mechanical systems, tools, and maintenance procedures.
Phase II
Admission Criteria (Vocational Training Program)
Upon successful completion of Phase I (English Program), students will be subject to Phase II assessment prior to enrollment in the Vocational Training Program. Applicants who meet all criteria by the end of the English Program will be eligible to successfully start the Vocational Program.
Phase III
Admission Criteria (Internship)
Upon successful completion of Phase II (Vocational Training Program), students will be subject to an assessment before enrollment of Phase III (Internship).

How to Apply

Apply on RSG Education System
The applicant can apply to one or more program. This year the program started on September 1st, 2025, at each school location.
Registration is now closed. The process opens annually for new candidates, and applications are submitted via Education System. If you’re interested in joining the next iteration of the program. Stay tuned for updates by following our social media channels.

Reviewing and Filtration
All required documents must be uploaded as requested - your application will not be considered if any required information/document is missing, or any information is filled in incorrectly.
Please make sure that before you submit your application, all information is correct.

Language Placement Test
Successful applicants will be invited to complete a language placement test as part of the registration process.

Interviews
Successful candidates who passed initial filtration will be invited for interviews; all interviews will be conducted face-to-face. Further details on dates and locations will be shared once candidates are selected.

The program covers the following Benefits:
- Tuition fees
- Study tool kit (if needed), books, and uniforms
- SAR 1,000 monthly stipend during the English Program for 4 months only
- SAR 2,000 monthly stipend during the Vocational Training Program for 18 months only
- Will benefit from ‘RSG Students Enrichment Program’ and activities
- Employment upon successful completion of the program
Your role will be identified based on the track you choose and the operator you work with after graduation. However, all graduates will have entry-level jobs upon graduation.
The program will next start in 2026. Keep an eye on our social media for details.
Students are required to arrange their own accommodations and transportation to and from the school. However, they will receive the following stipends:
- Phase 1: All students will receive a stipend of SAR 1,000 per month during the English Program.
- Phase 2: All students will receive SAR 2,000 per month during the Vocational Training program.
This program is designed for high school graduates. However, qualified applicants who have higher degrees and wish to join the program are welcome to apply.
