Our Elite Graduate Program, entering its sixth edition, enrolls fresh Saudi graduates through a comprehensive system of placement, training programs, and encouraging individuals to achieve their highest potential.

Objectives
The program provides Saudi graduates with entry-level jobs which equip them with hands-on experience in exciting roles.
Targeted Streams
Finance and Investment
The Finance and Investment team are responsible for driving long-term strategic value by planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial and investment related activity of the Company.
This includes disciplines in feasibility, investment, finance, accounting, asset management, investor relations, and insurance.
Required Majors: BS in Finance, Real Estate, and Hospitality.
Projects Delivery
The Project Delivery stream oversees planning, design, engineering, and construction of all assets. It is responsible for the development of all processes and procedures which underpin the project, design and construction management practices adopted by RSG.
As an Elite in this department, you will experience how projects are established, designed, and successfully delivered working with multidisciplinary teams.
Required Majors: Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Interior Design.
Technical Project Management Office
The TPMO department is responsible for overseeing governance, planning, risk management, change control, and reporting.
It ensures effective project controls and systems are in place across the entire project lifecycle, from development and delivery through to operations.
Required Majors: Engineering Fields and Computer Science.
Development
The Development stream focuses on conceiving, originating, planning, structuring, and overseeing all new project development initiatives.
This is where entrepreneurial flair and business fundamentals meet design, team-building, and high-level execution management.
Required Majors: Architecture Engineering and Real Estate.
Environment and Sustainability
The Environment and Sustainability stream aims to support the sustainable development and performance of the company through ensuring proper assessment of environmental impacts.
It ensures that development operations are carried out with minimal environmental impact, in addition to monitoring the implementation of these plans to ensure compliance with both company and international standards of environmental policies and procedures, local rules and regulations. The stream also covers the management of the social aspects of both Giga Projects.
Required Majors: Environment Engineering, Marine Science, Energy, Sustainability.
Special Projects & Engagement Activation
The Engagement Activation stream aims to enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture. It manages internal events for Riyadh and onsite from planning and execution to vendor coordination, administers employee discounts, and organizes giveaways.
The department also oversees an internal events newsletter, and plans team-building activities. Additionally, it monitors engagement metrics and feedback to improve future initiatives. Moreover, the Special Projects stream is responsible for facilitating and supporting the BoD meetings, Project management, and adhoc requests.
Required Majors: Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering.
