Located within a pristine coral archipelago off the coast of Jeddah, Thuwal is the only private island in the Red Sea available for exclusive use. The 1.7-hectare retreat offers complete seclusion and the luxury of privacy, blending Arabian elegance with contemporary design and meticulous attention to detail.
Accessible via a 45-minute private yacht transfer from KAUST North Marina, Thuwal demonstrates Red Sea Global’s expertise in developing and operating highly personalized hospitality projects in remote, coastal environments.

Red Sea Global led every stage of Thuwal’s development, from master planning and construction to interior design and operations. The retreat’s architecture and layout emphasize privacy, comfort, and seamless indoor–outdoor living, complemented by panoramic views of the Red Sea.
The island features a three-bedroom master villa, three one-bedroom pavilions, a spa villa, and multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas surrounded by private beaches and clear blue waters. Thuwal’s design integrates craftsmanship, natural materials, and understated elegance to create a warm and inviting atmosphere worthy of its exclusive clientele.
