."2024 was a year of progress for our organization, with the opening of the first RSG-operated resorts, Shebara and Desert Rock, as well as Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Most importantly, we have achieved all of this in a way that protects and strengthens people and planet.
The concept of regenerative tourism – going one step further to actively enhance communities and natural habitats – is taking hold. That is down to the extraordinary ambition and talent of our team.

As part of our ongoing commitments, we will continue to set new standards in emission reduction, renewable energy and waste management, redefining what it means to lead in responsible development.
With regenerative tourism at the forefront of our approach, we’re shaping our innovative and sustainable initiatives by going beyond merely protecting the natural environment and local communities to actively strengthening them.
