Red Sea Global (RSG), in collaboration with the University of Tabuk’s College of Hospitality & Tourism in Al Wajh has launched the third edition of The Red Sea Hospitality Pioneers program.
Over 300 students have benefitted from this transformative program since 2022, aiming to train and employ talents local to the Red Sea region. Over the course of two years and six months, the program will provide dynamic training for future positions in hospitality, by providing a curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application.
Upon successful completion, talents will obtain an intermediate diploma from the University of Tabuk, accredited by Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
RSG and its partners will provide job opportunities to suitable and qualified graduates. Currently, 100 professional alumni from the program have already started their journey within our destinations, equipped with the necessary skills to thrive in the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Promote tourism-related fields of study in line with Red Sea Global’s operational needs
Talents will gain knowledge and skills to help them succeed in careers and luxury hospitality services, encompassing all aspects from sales and customer service to implementing policies and procedures that ensure proper and smooth operations.
Talents will learn a range of unique operational skills, including purchasing ingredients, developing menus, as well as preparing, presenting, and serving food and beverages.

Admission Criteria of Phase I (English Program)
Applicants must:
Saudi national
The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.

The applicant's age must not exceed 25 years and must not have graduated from high school more than (5) years ago.
Medical Certificate
Provide a medical certificate indicating that they are physically and mentally fit to work in the hospitality field.
Pass
The passing score for the achievement test and cognitive ability test must be 50% or higher.
Certification
Hold a high school diploma (as a full-time regular student) or its equivalent from either within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or abroad.
Full-time
Register as a full-time student and refrain from accepting enrollments into other programs or diploma, whether at the University of Tabuk or any other university.
Documents
Submit all required documents during the registration phase.
Completion
Ensure that all information provided in the application is accurate and complete.
Commitment letter
Sign a commitment letter issued by Red Sea Global to work in any of The Red Sea Global destinations for at least 3 years from the date of graduation.

Applicants will have the option to select one of the two tracks (Diploma in Hospitality Management or Diploma in Food and Beverage Management). The University of Tabuk and Red Sea Global will place applicants according to their selected preference and the availability of seats.

Enter the program information page and submit a new application on Tabuk University’s electronic admission portal. All required documents must be uploaded as requested. Applications missing any required documents will not be considered.

Successful applications are determined according to complex admission criteria and in the order of preference, with available seats. All interviews will be conducted face-to-face in Al Wajh College of Tourism and Hospitality. Further details will be shared once candidates are selected.

The applicant must follow the online portal to view the results of the nomination, as well as both the initial and final acceptance.
Upon successful completion, graduates will earn an internationally recognized Diploma accredited by Hong Kong Polytechnic University; one of the world’s leading institutions in the hospitality field.

The program covers the following:
Your role will be identified based on the track you choose and the operator you work with after graduation. However, all graduates will have entry-level jobs upon graduation.
The program has already commenced for this year on August 24, 2025.
Registrations will be open again next year. The application process usually starts a month prior to the program’s beginning. Stay tuned for upcoming announcements and future opportunities to join our community of tourism experts.
All students during the English and Vocational Training phases of the program will receive a monthly stipend.
Students are required to arrange their own accommodations and transportation to and from the school. All students during the English language and Vocational Training phases of the program will receive a monthly stipend.
This program is designed for high school graduates. However, qualified applicants with higher degrees who wish to join the program are welcome to apply.
