Coastal Contracting Company (C3) was established to meet upcoming construction requirements across Red Sea Global’s destinations and future external developments in the region.
The company provides targeted execution of complex construction projects with an emphasis on quality, speed, and cost efficiency. C3’s in-house expertise ensures reliable project delivery and minimizes the risks often associated with third-party contractors.
Created to support Red Sea Global’s growing infrastructure needs, C3 manages everything from building construction and MEP works to landscaping, modular fabrication, and asset leasing – maintaining flexibility to scale across diverse scopes while ensuring consistent standards of excellence.
Workforce

Civil, MEP, modular construction, landscaping & asset leasing
Manages substructure and superstructure concrete, façade, finishes, stormwater, sewage, potable water, firefighting systems, and telecom networks.
Oversees mobilization, temporary utilities, small projects (under SAR 10 million), and interiors fit-out, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety works.
Provides temporary facilities for construction, centralized procurement, and leasing of construction equipment.
