Red Sea Global’s leadership is guided by a Board of Directors, chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and comprising government ministers, CEOs, and advisers.
The Executive Management Team brings together expertise across tourism, sustainability, real estate development, and hospitality, driving RSG’s mission to set new global standards in regenerative tourism and responsible development.

The Spark of a Vision
- Announcement of The Red Sea Project by HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman as part of Vision 2030.
- What began as a bold idea soon became the world’s most ambitious regenerative tourism destination.

Portfolio Expansion
- Red Sea Global formally integrated AMAALA into its portfolio.
- The Triple Bay masterplan at AMAALA was unveiled.
- Vocational training programs launched with the Human Resources Development Fund.

Operational Launch
- Red Sea International Airport (RSI) commenced operations.
- The destination welcomed its first guests at Six Senses Southern Dunes.
- One million mangroves were planted across the destination.

Scaling Excellence
- Shebara and Nujuma, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve resorts opened.
- RSI became the first Saudi airport to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
- Turtle Bay School opened as a LEED-certified learning hub.

Global Recognition
- Five Red Sea Global resorts were awarded the Michelin Key.
- A SAR 6.5 billion green loan was secured for AMAALA.
