Vocational Training Program
In partnership with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), students will obtain a certified diploma in two years and four months of learning, as well as gain direct employment within RSG’s regenerative destinations. In its fifth edition, the Red Sea Vocational Training Program continues to prepare young Saudis for various career paths in the Kingdom’s burgeoning tourism sector.

Hospitality Pioneers
Graduates will receive an internationally accredited certification from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and access employment opportunities within our destinations.
Launched in partnership with University of Tabuk’s College of Hospitality & Tourism in Al Wajh, the Hospitality Pioneers Program is a 30-month program designed to train and employ local talent for careers in luxury tourism and hospitality.
